Return Policy
ALL THE SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We don’t offer Exchange or Return. So, please place your order wisely. To claim any damage during package transit, we request you to provide 360-degree parcel unboxing video and send it to us at navubestcollection@gmail.com or WhatsApp +610470620803. We will gladly offer a refund in those cases, once we have received damaged product(s) back, but Customer should contact us within 7 days of package delivery. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with a tracking number. NavuBestCollection is not liable for any packages lost during transit (Return). All items are inspected upon arrival before issuing any refund.
Shipping Policy
We provide Free Shipping on Jewellery Only, and total order must be 100$ and above. There will be no free shipping on Clutches, Punjabi Jutti & Clothing. We try to ship all your orders as soon as possible. The processing time of your order is 2-10 business days based on your location. We ship out orders only between Monday to Friday. Once the item is shipped, the delivery time depends on your selected postal service.
